The 17 UN sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a plan to create a better and more sustainable future for all. Established by the United Nations, the SDGs are an urgent call to action and global partnership among all the countries.
In order to achieve the sustainable goals, we all the responsible citizen needs to understand the importance of owning the agendas locally. Change will not come if we wait for other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for; we are the change that we seek. We must act to make an impact.

We should act wisely and use our resources soberly to create a better and more sustainable future for all. The Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.
How can we take Action for the Sustainable Development Goals?
• Donate What You Don’t Use
• Waste Less Food and Support Local Farmers
(A Third of worlds food is wasted, yet 821 million people are undernourished)
• Vaccinate Your Family
• Help Educate the children in your Community
• Empower women and girls and ensure their equal rights
• Avoid wasting water (Water scarcity affects more than 40% of the population)
• Use Only energy efficient appliances and Light Bulbs (Three billion people still lacks clean cooking fuels and technology)
• Create Job Opportunities for Youth
• Support the marginalized and disadvantaged. (The poorest 40% of the population earn less than 25% of global income)
• Recycle Paper, Plastic, glass and aluminium. We can reuse plastic bottles by making flower vase, we can do bottle gardening.
• Act Now to Stop Global Warming
• Avoid Plastics Bag to keep the Ocean clean. (Over three billion people depend on marine and coastal biodiversity for their livelihoods).
• Plan tree and Help to protect environment as forests are the home to more than 80% of all the terrestrial species of animals, plants and insects.
• Stand Up for Human Right
• Lobby Your Government to Boost Development Financing.
